The second best being the Southwest Airlines, they have the baggage and change fees, is the top in customer satisfaction. Southwest gains in two key areas — lower airfare and an increase in the size of its already substantial route network. The third in the race would be Delta Airlines. Although it didn’t end up as first it still was able to grab a more than a respectable medal for them.
